Fitness & Yoga
Randi and Kelly continue their focus on good health and exercise. Fitness combines a variety of music, dance, and exercise. Yoga offers gentle movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation. Fitness is a high energy workout and Yoga is a low energy workout. Healthy eating tips are also provided during each class.
