Yoga with Kelly : Recreation

oin Kelly as she leads a gentle yoga class focusing on pose-to-pose and linking movement with breath. Kelly will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation at every level. We will do sitting, standing and inverted postures. Come join this non-intimidating class. All levels- Beginners welcome!
