Achievment Is Our Goal
As part of our mission to improve the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), we believe in the importance of inclusion and unlocking the potential of those we serve. We are proud to offer a range of programs we believe enrich the lives of those with I/DD by providing educational opportunities and work opportunities/development. It is through these programs, participants can develop confidence and achieve.
Our Programs:

In our Supported Employment program, Participants will learn the skills needed to conduct a successful job search. Once employment is obtained, Employment Training Specialists will work to assist individuals achieve success on the job.

The Work Opportunity Center (WOC) is a community vocational program where individuals with I/DD can build and strengthen work skills by doing real jobs subcontracted from local businesses.

The Arc of Monmouth offers participants a 3-year Keep Achieving (KACH) college program with Brookdale Community College that provides academic opportunities to study beyond high school.
