Through our holistic approach, we aim to address the unique health needs of each person we serve. Comprehensive Care
Our team aims to provide comprehensive care to those with IDD so that they may have all their health needs met by a team that understands their unique needs. Our team provides a range of health services including:

Primary Care Center
We are proud to operate a full service primary care center for individuals with IDD. Our primary care center serves individuals in both Monmouth AND Ocean Counties. The goal of our Primary Care Center is to optimize health outcomes, reduce ER visits and hospitalizations and improve the quality of life for individuals with IDD. To accomplish this, we provide comprehensive primary care such as:
- Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses
- Promotion of health, wellness maintenance and preventative care
- Hospitalization follow ups
- Assisting served individuals with next level of care as needed
- Assist group homes with preparedness for state inspection
The Primary Care Center provides in person visits, telehealth visits as well as home/group home visits (Some restrictions may apply).

Comprehensive Therapy
We provide a range of therapies intended to address a few critical areas of health for our patients. Areas addressed include:
- Behavioral Health
- Psychotherapeutic Health
- Psychiatric Health
- Mental Health
Our team utilizes different types of therapies and services to achieve better outcomes for our patients such as:
- Group Therapy
- Individual Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

We also believe that the mental health of our patients is just as important as their physical health. Individuals with IDD are significantly more likely to struggle with mental health issues than the general population. We think it is important that their unique circumstances be understood in order for them to receive the best help in this area. That is why we offer mental health services to our patients. Mental Health services include, but are not limited to:
- Depression

- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
