Vision
At The Arc of Monmouth, our vision is to create an environment where people will want to work and be part of a team that values collaboration and teamwork to ensure we achieve our mission. We will achieve this by creating a culture that values diversity and in which people are empowered to play to their strengths. In addition, we will have strong leaders in management roles. And we will remain relevant to our stakeholders by broadening our offering and attracting younger participants, both medical and behavioral.
Executive Staff
Our staff is dedicated to serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families in Monmouth County. We are committed to providing programs, services, and advocacy to clients, while upholding our core principles of respect, kindness, positive attitude, trustworthiness, and conscientiousness.
Board of Directors
Our board represents a cross-section of Monmouth County residents who volunteer their services because they are committed to improving the lives of people with IDD. Their diverse experience and talents provide leadership to expand the services available for our clients in a fiscally secure manner.
A Longstanding Commitment to Improving the Lives of Those With IDD!

Lauren * Mother of Arc of Monmouth participant
I can’t imagine what our lives would be like without The Arc. They provide everything we could need or hope for, for our daughter. They know where we need to go and how we need to get there so that we can help Dani have the best life!
