Our Supported Employment program is designed to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Through this program individuals will learn skills which will help them gain employment in the community. Through this program, our participants can gain confidence and realize their potential.

Guided Transition to Success

Our dedicated Employment Training Specialists work tirelessly, both on and off-site, to assist individuals in not just finding, but excelling in their workplace. Through this program, participants gain more than just employment; they earn competitive wages, bolster self-esteem, and achieve the priceless freedom that comes with a fulfilling job.
