Historic Longstreet farm : Recreation

We will be visiting Holmdel Park's historic Longstreet Farm and the Holmes Hendrickson House. The Farm recreates life as it was during the 1890s. The site has many animals, and we will witness how the cycle of farm animals was in the 1890s and how it is today. We will also see a cooking demonstration. Discover how recipes and cooking techniques have changed since the 1890s.
