Mission & Core Values

The Arc of Monmouth’s mission is to improve the lives of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families through advocacy, services and supports, collaboration with community partners, and community education.

We provide life-changing family supports, residential and independent living options, recreational opportunities, adult day programs, transition services for those moving from high school to adult life, a college program affiliated with Brookdale Community College, community vocational services, and behavioral health care.

We are guided by our core principles in all that we do.
