Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Seeking compassionate people who are looking to work with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities to promote their maximum independence. Working as a DSP is both rewarding and challenging, yet offers great flexibility. Currently hiring full-time, part-time, and per diem positions (including evening and weekend shifts) in Residential, Independent Living, & other supports programs.

The Group Home Manager provides overall management of the daily operations of group homes. Specific responsibilities include assuring the home operates in compliance with The Arc's policies and procedures, ensuring each resident's service plan goals are implemented and progress is documented, and supervising staff and participants. Qualifications: bachelor's degree in education, psychology or related field preferred, minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with I/DD, minimum 2 years supervisory experience, valid NJ driver's license with 5 or less points, computer skills.

Special Events and Community Outreach Coordinator
The Special Events & Community Outreach Coordinator provides broad support for The Arc of Monmouth's Development and Communications department, overseeing key fundraising events and serving as point person for select community outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess an outgoing personality who enjoys meeting new people, able to solicit donations from businesses and individuals, and comfortable with public speaking. Some weekend/evening hours may be required for events.
