Achievment Is Our Goal
As part of our mission to improve the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), we believe in the importance of inclusion and unlocking the potential of those we serve. We are proud to offer a range of programs we believe enrich the lives of those with IDD by providing educational opportunities and work opportunities/development. It is through these programs, participants can develop confidence and achieve.
Our Programs:

In our Supported Employment program, Participants will learn the skills needed to conduct a successful job search. Once employment is obtained, Employment Training Specialists will work to assist individuals achieve success on the job.

The Work Opportunity Center (WOC) is a community vocational program where individuals with I/DD can build and strengthen work skills by doing real jobs subcontracted from local businesses.

The Arc of Monmouth offers participants a 3-year Keep Achieving (KACH) college program with Brookdale Community College that provides academic opportunities to study beyond high school.
