Bring your energy to our weekly fitness class - use your computer or tablet to connect to Zoom and follow along as we work out together. We'll be using light weights for strength building exercises. If you don't have weights at home, you can use water bottles or cans from your pantry. Make sure you have extra water to stay hydrated and a towel.
